OFFSET PRINTING

Offset printing is a sophisticated and versatile printing process widely utilized for producing high-quality prints in large volumes. This method involves transferring ink from a plate to a rubber blanket before transferring it onto the printing surface, typically paper or cardstock. The process begins with the creation of plates for each color in the design, usually through computer-to-plate (CTP) technology, ensuring precise reproduction of the original artwork. These plates are then mounted onto the printing press, which applies ink to them. The ink adheres to the image areas on the plates, while the non-image areas repel ink due to their hydrophobic properties. It produces high-quality prints with crisp details, vibrant colors, and consistent results, making it suitable for various applications such as newspapers, magazines, brochures, and packaging.
